Moon Slice recently relaunched with a new identity and new spatial language but the same playful and experimental approach it takes to food. Moon Slice is at the crux of contemporary approaches to authentic practices. We worked with their team to manage the project from A to Z. Despite the modest size, the project required specific details necessary for delivering this world-class F&B establishment. The result is a space that is authentic, inviting, and with an edge to it.
