Located in the prestigious billionaires Island of Jumeirah Bay, Vedra worked closely with Tehila Shelef who is a world renowned Architect & Interior Designer in the Hyper Luxury Villa segment to deliver this one of a kind 1,700sqm 7 bedroom villa. 

Vedra’s scope included client representation, project and cost management from design up to completion and including support during defect liability period. 

The existing villa had to be fully returned to shell & core and rebuilt to incorporate the clients brief and meet the Architects design with utmost attention to detail and accommodating challenging requests in using world class materials.
